Policy

Golden Halo Concierge Nursing has a 48 hour notice cancellation policy for clinic appointments as these times are valuable to both the provider & other patients waiting to schedule.

Failure to give 48 hour notice will result in a $50 cancellation fee.

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
